We provide rapid design and manufacturing services for customized implants for individual patient needs. Our products are used wherever there is a need to supplement bone loss. The implants we manufacture take advantage of the body’s natural ability to regenerate.
We provide individually customized bone and bone tissue implants such as long bones, parts of the facial skeleton, parts of the mandible or vertebrae, or the entire mandible or vertebrae, etc. from biocompatible materials, including bioresorbable materials manufactured by 3D space printing from proprietary, innovative bone-forming filaments – custom medical devices.
The devices will be developed based on the technology of automatic development of diagnostic imaging images (computed tomography) under the control of a physician-operator. We use Mimics software and Geomagic Freeform Plus haptic design instruments.
This will ensure that the implant fits the loss perfectly and will facilitate the work of the doctor in the operating field even in the smallest hospital. Doctors will no longer have to process the provided material or implant in the operating field.
